The sweat+salty classes are usually designed to take place once a week and last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your preference. Thaiboxing is also known as Muay Thai. This traditional Thai martial art is one of the oldest in the world. It has been very popular as a fitness workout for several years now. Thaiboxing works the whole body. The basic techniques are learned in partner work and fitness, coordination and stamina are worked on together.

Ninjutsu
Ninjutsu is a traditional Japanese martial art. In today's Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, it is made up of nine schools, which can be divided into three Ninpo and six Samurai schools. The contents of these schools include fall training, punches, kicks and blocks, lever techniques, throwing techniques, choking techniques, release techniques and the use of weapons (various swords and sticks, knives, etc.). The basis is a healthy mind and a healthy body. Physical fitness, coordination, naturalness and efficiency of movement are therefore trained.

The special appeal of boxing lies in the varied and holistic training. Since it is a contact sport, the team spirit and cooperation of the trainees are strengthened.

Krav Maga is a self-defense system based on natural body reactions and instinctive reflexes. It is not a martial art. During the training, techniques are learned that are used for self-defense in critical situations. The original concept of Krav Maga was to combine the simplest and most practical techniques of other fighting styles (e.g. boxing, wrestling or street fighting) and make them quick to learn for conscripts.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting techniques. Instead of relying on punches and kicks, BJJ focuses on controlling the opponent. The practice is through practical training bouts known as 'rolls', which provide high self-defense value. A central philosophy of BJJ is viewing the training partner as a partner, not an enemy. Through its gentle, harmonious movements, Taiji promotes inner peace, increases body awareness and improves balance. It is a wonderful method for reducing stress, increasing flexibility and improving general well-being.

As the only martial art that can still be practised in old age, it promotes joint and back health and, with its energizing power, has an enormous influence on well-being and quality of life. A manageable form with 20 figures (Dajia Yilu) teaches this knowledge and provides a daily workout of just a few minutes of health care.

Once you have cultivated health, relaxation and energy, this gives rise to a special power that can be used quickly and explosively. The form for this is called “cannon fist” or Laojia Erlu: it strings together jumps, kicks, punches and sweeps into a choreography and corresponds to what kungfu is known for. “Strength lies in calmness!”

HIIT-Training
High-intensity interval training with bodyweight or small equipment is an effective training method. It combines strength and endurance exercises. High-intensity intervals are followed by short and slow recovery phases. The fitness level of the exerciser improves significantly in a short time. Calories are burned quickly and the muscles and heart are strengthened.

HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, our running groups are a great way to get fit in a motivating and supportive atmosphere.
In our running groups, you can get started without any special equipment. Led by experienced coaches, each session starts with a warm-up followed by running sessions tailored to the needs of the group. The routes vary to offer different challenges. We finish with a cool-down phase including stretching exercises to ensure a good recovery. Running in groups is not only good for your physical health, it also improves your mental well-being and reduces stress. Especially as a team, running is fun and promotes teamwork. It's a fantastic way to strengthen team dynamics, as exercising together promotes communication and cohesion.

in my stretching & mobility classes the focus is a gentle and conscious activation of the body. we go into movements & positions that we usually don’t perform a lot in our everyday lives. we get to know about the movement potentials of our body and can support its full functionality.
A sitting or standing job often puts strain on the back and hips. In this unit, we will focus intensively on the hip muscle, particularly the so-called soul muscle, the psoas. This intensive training unit helps to relieve pain and restrictions and can even help to relieve stress and grief.
