The aim of the sweat+salty Balance Classes is to help participants achieve a balanced lifestyle and work style that minimizes the risk of future health problems. The classes promote general mobility and thus support joint health and longevity. Participants feel fitter in everyday life - their general health and performance are improved. In our balancing classes, we work together on balance and stability. The classes always focus on health prevention and injury prevention. These programs take into account mental aspects as well as sporting and dynamic aspects. The content strengthens the mental health of the participants and supports balance and serenity.

Nutrition coaching, performance coaching, motivation & concentration, life coaching, (sports) mental training, process support as a non-medical practitioner

Our nutrition coaching sessions can be booked as one-off workshops or in coaching packages of 4/8/12 weeks. In the coaching sessions, theoretical basics on health and nutrition are taught and support is given for their application and implementation. The topics vary according to the coach's individual focus and can be freely selected. Our performance coaching combines selected sports programs with mental coaching. The aim is to help the team and individual managers achieve their personal best form. Participants are supported in developing and utilizing their full potential at all levels. Blockages are resolved and overcome.
