I've always been into sports, handball as a child and later martial arts. I started Muay Thai when I was twenty and, after a break, have been doing it intensively again since 2014. I've been an active competitor and trainer for a few years now. My training focuses on women's and FLINTA* classes, but also all gender classes. In addition to my work as a personal trainer, running Muay Thai group and other sports programs, including in a school context, I have currently started studying business psychology.
Academy for Sport and Health: Fitness Trainer C-License, Medical Fitness Academy: Fitness Trainer B-License, FLINTA* self-defense trainer, Muay Thai trainer since 2017. Attended seminars with leading personalities in the sport of Muay Thai and various stays in Thailand for training purposes.

My classes are: A good mix of fitness and acquisition of basic skills, always depending on where the focus is to be placed. Certainly demanding, but always tailored to individual abilities. Full of challenges, partner work and fun.
